Safety & marketplace rules

My Savaari helps people connect. It cannot supervise every trip, driver, passenger, package or road condition. Read these rules before using the platform and report concerns to admin@mysavaari.com.

Every trip and delivery is at the user’s own risk.

My Savaari does not own or operate vehicles, employ every driver, take custody of goods or provide transport insurance. These rules do not remove any right you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

For passengers

Check the driver name, photo, vehicle type and registration details shown in the app before entering.
Confirm the pickup point and fare directly with the driver. Do not enter an unfamiliar vehicle if details do not match.
Use seat belts, helmets and child restraints required by law. Do not ask a driver to speed, carry unsafe loads or break traffic rules.
Keep valuables with you. Do not hand over OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords or bank details to a driver or anyone claiming to be support.
Tell someone you trust about your trip when appropriate. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.

For drivers and travel partners

Drive only with a valid licence, registration, permits, insurance and a roadworthy vehicle required for the service.
Use the vehicle type and capacity accurately shown in your profile. Do not accept more people or goods than the lawful capacity.
Keep passenger and customer contact information confidential. Use it only to complete the confirmed trip or delivery.
Do not drive under the influence, discriminate, harass, threaten, intimidate or request unsafe conduct.
Go offline when unavailable. If location sharing is enabled, the app may share your location while you are available, including in the background when Android permission allows it.

For cargo senders

Describe the goods, quantity, weight, value and handling needs honestly. Use suitable packaging and secure the parcel before handover.
Do not send weapons, explosives, flammable or toxic materials, illegal drugs, stolen goods, live animals, human remains, cash, identity documents, dangerous goods or anything prohibited by law.
Do not send fragile, perishable, high-value or temperature-sensitive goods unless the driver expressly accepts the risk and handling before confirmation.
Keep proof of handover and delivery where appropriate. My Savaari does not insure, warehouse, inspect or guarantee the shipment.

For everyone

Respect the other person’s boundaries and privacy. Do not share unnecessary personal information in a request. Do not arrange an off-platform transaction to evade a fee, create a false profile, upload unlawful content, or manipulate ratings. We may suspend access while investigating a safety, fraud or legal concern.

Document and profile checks

Drivers may be asked for a camera-captured photo, driving licence and vehicle documents. A completed check means only that the information required by our process was supplied or reviewed at that point. It is not a promise that a driver, vehicle, insurance policy or journey is safe, available or suitable for your needs.

Report a problem

For an immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For a platform concern, email admin@mysavaari.com with the booking/request reference, registered mobile number, time, location and a factual description. Do not email full licence numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
