My Savaari is a technology marketplace operated by Baron Next Zen. We do not own, lease or control the vehicles, employ every driver, take possession of goods, or act as an insurer. The transport or delivery contract is between the customer and the driver or travel partner.

Is My Savaari the transport provider?
No. We provide the technology that introduces customers to drivers and travel partners. The driver or partner is responsible for the vehicle, journey and lawful delivery.
Who is responsible for goods?
The sender must describe, package and hand over lawful goods safely. The sender and driver must agree the delivery details; My Savaari does not insure or warehouse goods.
When do I see contact details?
Relevant contact details are shared after the applicable ride or cargo match is confirmed, so the people involved can coordinate.
How do I delete my account?
Use the in-app delete option or the external request on our account deletion page.
