These Terms govern your use of the My Savaari app and website (mysavaari.com), operated by Baron Fabrics ("we", "us"). By using My Savaari you agree to these Terms.
My Savaari is a technology platform that connects passengers with travel agencies and drivers for shared rides, and customers with drivers for local cargo. We are an intermediary; we do not own vehicles or provide transport ourselves.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate details, including a valid mobile number verified by OTP. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Users must behave lawfully and respectfully. Drivers are responsible for valid licences, vehicle documents and insurance. My Savaari may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or safety violations.
As an intermediary, My Savaari is not liable for the conduct of users, the condition of vehicles, or events during a ride. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
