This Privacy Policy explains how Baron Fabrics ("we", "us"), which operates the My Savaari mobile application and website (mysavaari.com), collects and uses your information.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, mobile number, email, city, gender and date of birth you provide at sign-up.
• Ride & cargo data: pickup/drop locations, ride and booking details you enter.
• Device & location: approximate/precise location (with permission) to suggest pickup points, and device push tokens for notifications.
• Payment data: the driver platform fee is processed by our payment gateway (PhonePe). We do not store card or UPI credentials.

How we use it

• To provide ride-sharing and cargo services and connect passengers with drivers/agencies.
• To verify your mobile number via OTP and secure your account.
• To send service notifications (booking requests, confirmations).
• To process the driver confirmation fee and prevent fraud and misuse.

Sharing

To complete a ride, a confirmed passenger and the driver may see each other's name and contact number. We share data with service providers (payment gateway, SMS/OTP, hosting, push notifications) only as needed to run the service, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and data from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing admin@mysavaari.com.

Security

OTPs are stored hashed, sessions use secure tokens, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
