Ride fares

Ride fares are settled directly between the passenger and the driver. My Savaari does not collect or hold ride fares, so fare refunds are arranged directly between the passenger and the driver.

Driver platform fee (₹5)

The only payment collected online by My Savaari is the ₹5 booking-confirmation fee charged to a driver when they confirm a passenger.

• This fee is for the confirmation service and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• If a payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical error, the amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Passengers may cancel a pending or confirmed booking from the app; the held seat is released. Drivers may decline a pending request. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect account standing.

How to request a refund

For any payment issue, contact admin@mysavaari.com with your registered mobile number and the transaction reference. We respond within 2 business days.
